Losing control of my thoughts and action
I don't know why but sometimes I feel too energetic and hopeful and sometimes I feel helpless. It's like, for some days I think I can do everything and achieve my goals so I work day and night without getting tired then all of a sudden all of motivation just dies and feel very depressed and tiered. I had depression back in 2017 and even tried to commit suicide because my parents were not able to understand me. My physicist told me that it's because of migraine headache which I did not have at all but because of all the stress back then but I do now. I have ptsd from my childhood too, earlier I thought that these sudden fluctuations in my behaviour and thoughts might be because of ptsd but now I doubt it might be something else. These fluctuations are tearing me apart. I feel like I am two people in one. I hope you would be able to understand and answer my situation so that I may get the right check-up. Sorry for my bad English.

As you have mentioned I can easily see those fluctuations in your mood. Because of what you feel refreshed some days and depressed on other. This fluctuation is unrelated to your ptsd(if it’s diagnosed earlier), but it could possibly be some other illness which definitely needs evaluation, diagnosis and treatment with medications for a complete relief.
Next Steps
Pls consult a Psychiatrist for the same.
