A detailed history regarding when your symptoms started, any associated symptoms with diarrhea like fever, abdominal pain, weight loss etc and the severity and frequency of your diarrhea is important to make a diagnosis. If you are having this for more than 3 months then it is likely that you might have Irritable Bowel syndrome. But like was said before a detailed history and clinical examination along with tests are necessary to make a diagnosis.
Next Steps
Please see an internal medicine or Gastro-enterology specialist near you in a hospital setting.
Health Tips
If you are having blood in stools or very watery and frequent stools please report to a nearby emergency room in a hospital.
