Lose fat exercises not helping
"I have some fat and I am doing regular exercises using YouTube videos and apps. Whenever I exercise, I see some improvement as the bloating goes away for a few hours. However, whenever I eat something, the bloating and fat return. I used to eat a lot of fried items like kebabs, but I have completely avoided them for the last few weeks. I am also using anti-cellulite body slimming oil, but nothing is helping. Please help me. I eat poha and upma in the morning, have tea three times a day, coffee at night, and green tea. I eat khadak roti and some rice. In the evening, I have some light snacks and I regularly eat egg masala. I want to eat chicken regularly. I have attached pictures of my fat."
