Right now what is your weight. How much weight you need to gain it's depend on your height and weight.
But if you underweight star some physical exercise alternative days and take complex carbs diet and if you are non vegetarian so take 4-5 eggs daily basis in breakfast or after exercise.
Take daily basis milk and milk products.
