Loosing confidence in life
I feel bored or lazy very often in doing daily activities like 1. loosing interest in doing my daily job, 2. Eating, sleeping, talking to people, doing new things 3, I won't get sleep in night time but feel sleepy in day time. 4. Like to be alone always.

I can understand that the symptoms you mention can be frustrating. You need to ask few Q’s to yourself. Are you under any kind of stress? Are these symptoms throughout the day and interfering in your daily social and occupational functioning? If yes it’s possible that you might be suffering from depression. Lot of people these days misinterpret a lack of interest to be laziness. However, it cannot be said for certain without proper examination by a healthcare professional. I suggest you speak to a family member or friend who can be supportive. Meanwhile, you can try and make small changes to your lifestyle. Start with one thing. For e.g: have 3 proper meals everyday no matter what. Afterwards, begin light exercise or socializing once a week.
