Loss of interest in life, low confidence
With passing time, I am loosing whatever little confidence I had, lost my independent nature, and don't feel like working or doing any sort of hard work. Nothing interests me anymore.

This low emotional feeling can be due to negative view about self, other and future. One has to work on thoughts that are leading to such behaviours. There is also procrastination what you are saying laziness. Behavioural interventions and strategy will be helpful with proper action plan regarding this. With help you can create a more vibrant future which will lead to better actions.

See a psychologist and if he says it need psychiatrist go for the same.

Don't focus on completing everything at once. A step by step action will give better results. Take quick consultation don't put this off. Look at this as an opportunity to grow than a problem.

What were your interests earlier?!!! Are you unhappy about those results, which are not what you expected or wanted?!! If so, then I think  you need to change the process only, not the GOAL itself.

Loss of interest, decreased concentration and attention, feeling low and disturbed sleep or appetite are some of the signs of depression. Consult a psychiatrist who will assess you in detail. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless, seek professional help immediately. Try some relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation and deep breathing. Indulge in hobbies. Spend time with people close to you.
