Daily I have some issues. I have fear to attend the meeting calls. I worried about small thinks and not able to complete small tasks
1.Difficult to communicate team members in office meeting.
2.Difficult to understand their concepts and difficult to answer their questions (not able focus)
3. Very low confidence
4. I don't like my job but I haven't other options
5.sometimes feeling lonely ,guilty and guilty myself
6. It is difficult to add new friends in office environment.
7. Day start with lots of questions in my mind with unhappiness
My Daily Activities
1.Daily I do physical exercises at least one hour
2.Daily I eat 2eggs
3.Daily I sleep at least 8hrs

Could be depression from what you've said. Most important is the point no 4- the fact that you dont like your job. But we can work around it. Please consult a Psychiatrist for management.

I would appreciate that you discussed about your problems quite in detail and doing exercise, taking 8 hrs sleep and diet. As I can analyse there's is so much inside you which is triggering your negative feelings like guilt,anxiety,loneliness,overthinking etc which needs to be resolved. Start Noticing your thoughts while communicating with your team members or others in office &when you are not able to focus. Find out demotivating factors in job & ways you can motivate yourself. You need to work on your self esteem and confidence also.
