Hello there. Sorry to hear of your difficulties. If your physician has seen you and done the relevant investigations and it has come as normal then it's likely that the palpitations is due to anxiety. Since the symptoms are significant and disabling kindly consult a psychiatrist who can prescribe you medications to reduce anxiety. Additionally you may benefit from talking to a trained psychologist who can provide you more counselling to educate about how this fear operates and how to further deal with this fear. Best wishes.
Next Steps
Consult a psychiatrist who could evaluate you further and give you appropriate advice.
