Hello, Panic attack is usually associated with anticipatory anxiety of having one more panic attack. These symptoms will subside with medication. Once better you will be able to handle your social and occupational life quite well. Panazep Ls dose can be increased gradually. If there is no response with medication it need to be changed after suitable dose and time trial.

Dear Sir I can imagine it must be very tough for you. Medications can take upto 2 weeks to start showing an effect. Please talon to your psychiatrist if the medication is not helping you and the dose can be altered or substituted. Apart from medicine, you will also benefit from psychological therapy for anxiety. Try practicing some relaxation techniques like meditation and calm breathing. Thanks Regards Dr Ankita Mishra
