Loosemotion and stomach cramp

Asked for Female, 35 Years

I am suffering from loosemotion and stomach cramp from evening day before yesterday and got fever along with too much body pain too in night but it cured . Yesterday got relief from loosemotion bcoz I had banana but today after lunch again I went 3 times and passed loose stool. Have stomach cramp as well. My body is quite weak now. Please advice

Looks like Gastro enteritis. Have adequate fluids and simple non spicy food. Consult a doctor near by of frequency do not reduce.
