Hi , your bone condition is not good that is why you have lost the incisor. The reason for it is the hard yellow calculus on teeth . Calculus contains bacteria which damage the bone. Get scaling done immediately so that no further damage is caused to the bone. Otherwise adjacent teeth may also become loose. Get the lost tooth replaced . You can go for a bridge or an implant.

Your cause of loosing your tooth itself is the yellow hard substance forming and accumulating behind your teeth- TARTAR. It will loosen your gums and that will be the cause of more loss of teeth. Get your teeth cleaned- SCALING AND ROOTH PLANING, before its too late. After that, brush regularly twice a day, even from behind your lower teeth. Cause once the scaling is done, the next job is yours to prevent tartar from forming again. Next, get the tooth replacement done by fixing bridge on the lower teeth, after the wound of the lost tooth is healed completely.
