Hello, loose teeth could be because of deposits on teeth surface or food lodged in between teeth. Visit a dentist and get your deep scaling and polishing done. Brush your teeth twice daily, night brushing is very important. Floss regularly. Rinse after every meal. Visit dentist every 6 months.

Tooth looseness indicates your gums and bone are weak ( periodontitis).
Prognosis of your teeth will depend upon underlying bone support, treatment may vary from deep gum cleaning, curretage or flap surgery. Also some tooth removal may be required as per clinical situation.

Your front tooth loose indicates that your having a severe deposition of plaque and calculus from a long time due to which bone loss of underlying teeth
For every 6months u need to do cleaning and depending on your bone level and checking the full mouth x ray may be gum surgery might be required
