At 3 months, his diarrhoea would most likely viral. No medications need to be given. Just continue breastfeeding.

No we don't need to give metrogyl..just oral rehydration solution and zinc is sufficient for the baby...most infections are viral...so we don't need to start antibiotic
No antibiotic is required for now. Just keep ensure baby is fed well and does not land up in dehydration.
1. Breastfeed ad lib
2. Ors walyte for every loose stool
3. Zinc supplementation can be started
Visit or consult online if baby is Dehydrated(lethargic, not passing urine, sunken eyes)
