How frequently the baby is passing stools. Is there any change in color, consistency or frequency or any foul smell.?
Please give Darolac sachet 1 sachet 2 times daily for 5 days and Z and D drops 0.5 ml once daily for 14 days. Stop bottle feeding and cow or buffalo milk if you are feeding the same.
Give breast milk and supplementary diet. Watch for dehydration
