Some amount of mobility in teeth is reversible after taking a regular ultrasonic scaling and polishing.  At other times some people have to undergo minor gum surgery that may reduce the mobility and increase the life of your teeth. So please  visit a dentist asap to manage the problem in an early stage.

Ma'am Considering your age being only 49 years old.. Having loose front teeth is not physiological. Kindly meet your dentist on an urgent basis. Teeth are held within the bone with the help of special fibres. Any inflammation caused to these fibres could be one of the many reasons behind your "loose teeth". You must take an opinion from a Periodontist/ Gum specialist. Take care.
Next Steps
Meet a gum specialist/ Periodontist.
Health Tips
Getting regular professional cleaning done twice a year will help you fight multiple dental problems.
