Ma'am  keep on feeding  the baby, look for urine output,  perianal rashes and number  of stool episodes, you can give zinc drops 10mg once a day, probiotics and change the feed to lactose  free formula if required

Baby can pass 5-7 times stools, in 3 mnths old give breast feed frequently, if stools has blood then need antibiotics coverage, for that better to consult physically for any complications Watch for danger signs like decreased urine output, decrease feeding, lethargy If baby active then no worries Can give ors at 10 ml/kg after every loose watery stool
