Looking for some advice and direction
I have constant negative thoughts. My heartbeat increases in social situations. I have intense dreams every night and my heart races when I wake up. I constantly keep having these different thoughts in my head and keep questioning which is right. I have a heavy burning feeling in my chest and rapid breathing some times.I doubt myself at every point. I have neck and back pain constantly along with weak knees. I don't know if that has any connection. I would love some insight in the matter. Is it just me or am I suffering a condition. Is there a cure. Would love some insight

Your description of symptoms suggest possible anxiety disorder presenting with physical symptoms. Please consult psychiatrist without delay as any untreated anxiety in the background of persisting psychosocial stress can cause phobic behaviour and depression.
