U need to visit a physiotherapist because ACL rehabilitation is necessary and is very effective it will help you recover fast and don't take cervical pain for granted it can lead to disturbed lifestyle and decreased quality of life ..
For ACL injury should be treated from the acute stage- conservative management.
Then we can work on the Range of motion and then muscle reconditioning. This is a process and it would take from two to three months.
Straightened cervical spine will leads to neck pain , radiating pain towards hand and in chronic cases headache.

Make sure your front thigh muscle (quadriceps) are strong enough to lock your knee, if it’s not will leads to extensor lag . That will affect your walking.
Neck also need a complete muscle reconditioning.

Please go to your nearest physiotherapist and work on strengthening of that leg for partial ACL injury.
For straightening of the cervical spine, you should do postural training and cervical spine strengthening.
