Longer period cycle
My cycle used be of 33-35 days. But last month it was 42 days and this month 40 days and still no period. I had checked my insulin level in August 2023. Everything was normal. Why is cycle getting longer? Age factor? Or should I be concerned?

You are only 24 so no age factor , it may be because of some stress factor , do lots of physical exercises and be stress free . The more stress you take the more delayed it would be . Pregnancy factor also has to be excluded . Dr Sarita Narayan Wagholi Pune ( google )

At age 24 there is no age factor in the cycles getting longer It could be because of lack of exercise weight gain pcos deranged  thyroid and prolactin levels You need investigations to find out Make sure that there is no pregnancy
