Lokking for diet for weight gain
I'm looking for weight gain, I have acidity prb,I'm unable to put on my weight, I can't eat more my stomach doesn't permit me to eat, though i take small quantiy I feel full,and I'm getting belly too,I work in a bank I need to sit for longer time, I need a diet plan so that I can put on my weight in a healthy wise and look beautiful too..

For gaining weight follow healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening which increase ur metabolism. Don't skip ur breakfast which increase ur appetite. Take high calorie and rich protein In ur diet. Add plenty of water, add good fat and nuts in ur diet. Avoid junk food and oily food. For acidity follow some rules & home remedies for that contact me.

Make a healthy routine and add some healthy foods like green leafy vegetables and salad fruits, Increased high protein and carbohydrates in your diet. Takes dry nuts , milk and it’s products like cheese , butter,in a good amount , add quinoa,oats ,dalia etc.. add 8-10 glass of water daily ,15-30 minutes walk is advisable

Take small and frequent meal in between 2-3 hour. Avoid junk and fried food. Drink 3-4 litres water in a day. Include 30 minutes normal walk in your daily routine. Increase energy dense food in your diet like nuts, dried food, egg, lean meat , fish, milk and milk products in your diet. Do your body analysis and get better results. Hi For weight gain you need to follow a high calorie high protein diet plan but I can't plan your diet here without discussion with you. But yeah for a while you can follow the following tips which may help you to some extent > Eat More Calories Than Your Body Burns > Eat Plenty of Protein > Fill up on Plenty of Carbs and Fat and Eat at Least 3 Times per Day > Don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories. > Eat more often. Squeeze in an additional meal or snack whenever you can, such as before bed. > Drink milk. Drinking whole milk to quench thirst is a simple way to get in more high-quality protein and calories >Use bigger plates. Definitely use large plates if you're trying to get in more calories, as smaller plates cause people to automatically eat less. > Get quality sleep. Hey hi, Good to know that you are conscious about your health now.You can gain weight in a healthy way by adding good amount of nuts ,seeds, fruits regularly into your diet.Also take a break for every 1hr for 5 mins or get up from your chair and relax at same place so your body gets good supply and blood and nutrients.As your job life is sedentary your digestion power and metabolism also might have reduced so start doing simple changes in your life style and you will see good change in your overall health
