Did you take any heavy diet?. You have fatty live and removed gall bladder and pancreas. Maybe infection

Get serum amylase, lipase, urea , Creatinine, CBC test done. If amylase, lipase raised value, and Creatinine normal, get CECT WHOLE ABDOMEN done.
