Liver enzymes
I took liver function test last month.my sgot (AST) was 24 u/L.sgpt(ALT)was 18.yesterday again I took LFT.because I have some motion problem.this time sgot (AST)is32/u/L.sgpt is 23u/L.why this increase.i m concerned.my liver and all parts are normal allthese years. Last year I took abdominal scan.all are fine.no sugar.no bp.please answer.

Your liver enzymes are within the normal range. As long as the enzymes are within the normal range with fluctuations , you don't need to be concerned.

It’s normal range Don’t worry Treat yourself well Reduce carbohydrates,sugar containing foods Avoid oily food / deep fried food/ fast food Take more vegetables/green leafy foods More fibre containing foods to regulate bowel movements Drink plenty of water Have good physical activity - walk-in 30mins a day for 5 days in one week

These increase from the last value but these are in normal limit .
