If fatty liver is grade 1 or 2 you can easily manage it yourself. Do following - give up alcohol - eat light balanced diet - reduce fatty food - reduce salt to control bp - avoid anger and stress - everyday do light exercise - learn relaxation - homeopathy and ayuveda has good medicines for liver healing If it is more than grade 2 consult MD Medicine for medication
