To manage high cholesterol, focus on a diet rich in soluble fiber foods like oats, barley, fruits, and vegetables, healthy fats like avocado and olive oil, lean proteins like poultry and fish, and limit saturated fats, trans fats, and dietary cholesterol found in red meat, full-fat dairy, and processed snacks.
