Liver ALP increase to 219
Hi All,
My liver is showing inflammation sign last two months and for first two weeks I took hepamerz and udiliv and then after doctor advice me for fibroscan for which Med Stiffness is 4.9. Doctor given me Normaxin RT and Evion for two months. But I did not feel well , as inflammation is as it is, so I again gone for the LFT test which is showing SGPT 86, SGOT 60 and ALP 219.ALP is continued to be around 210.
Could anyone please suggest me how to treat problem.

The main treatment for these problems is diet and lifestyle for 3 months.
Medicine only help to some extent.
Maintain weight in normal range.
Plant based diet.
