Yes pls visit dentist and get proper treatment done after thorough checkup. Don't rely on medications as they are pain killer and antibiotics to help you in emergency and won't resolve the root cause of the problem

Hi , yes x-ray is required for diagnosis. Without x-ray can't detect your problem. Don't take tab mox-cv , take any pain relief for this if u have severe pain. For detail discussion contact on personal practo chat box.
It can be pain due to 2nd molar or wisdom tooth also.
Visit dentist for clinical examination and x ray.
Begin treatment and complete it as well as per doctor's advice.
