I want to know the fact about that can we drink any liquid with meals eg buttermilk, soups etc because i saw in some website that drinking liquids with meals cause indigestion and my digestion is not good also so plz suggest me

Hello, taking butter milk and soup while having meals is actually good, and it won't adversely affect your digestion. You are not supposed to take too much of water while having meals sips of water can be taken. And to improve digestion practice some exercise or walking daily.
