Only lifestyle or diet can change it or i need medication
Or as it is any sign of bloackege or high chances of heart disease ?

Yes it's hight but avoid everything that contains fat and oil. Meat cheese fatty fish butter oil ghee n fried foods avoid these
And eat healthy and do excercise daily right now u can manage it with diet modification tooo
