Lipase high can b due to infection or inflammatory effects seen in pancreas... Since it's borderline high... Just Maintain good lifestyles and have good diet

Lipase are the enzymes (chemical products) which are produced by Pancreas and they help in the digestion of fats . A high lipase level is generally due to an Infection or injury to the Pancreas. The rise in Lipase level in your report is insignificant because it is just  10%  above the range.
