I am using lingual brace from last 3 years..doctor saying it will take another one year . is this doctor is not good or he is cheating on me..or the problem with lingual brace. if any suggestion ...

The time duration for lingual orthodontics may vary from 2 years to 4 years even depending upon the case..Get the braces examined from a certified dentist specialised in the branch or share the images for a better suggestion..
There are certain certifications and courses to practice lingual braces, which determines the knowledge and expertise of the doctor. Generally, it is slower compared to labial braces, and the same principle and methodology used for labial cannot be applied to lingual. It also depends on what stage you're on and what needs to be done. If photographs and xrays are sent, an opinion can be provided.
