Prior to second antibiotic therapy, my symptoms were excessive smelly farts, nausea, stomach burning, weight loss, brain fog and irregular sleep.
Now as my second therapy is completed, I see that most of the symptoms have resolved, but the burning sensation in epigastric region is not going away. I don't feel 100% well. Please help me what to do? I have already done 2 rounds of abx.
Does my current symptoms mean that h pylori is gone and gastritis is there? I mean 80% of the previous symptoms have resolved, does that mean antibiotics have worked? I am getting thin day by day despite eating properly. I am very scared. I don't eat spicy or junk food, also i exercise daily + i drink enough water too. Please help me.
