Lingering symptoms for gastritis
Prior to second antibiotic therapy, my symptoms were excessive smelly farts, nausea, stomach burning, weight loss, brain fog and irregular sleep. Now as my second therapy is completed, I see that most of the symptoms have resolved, but the burning sensation in epigastric region is not going away. I don't feel 100% well. Please help me what to do? I have already done 2 rounds of abx. Does my current symptoms mean that h pylori is gone and gastritis is there? I mean 80% of the previous symptoms have resolved, does that mean antibiotics have worked? I am getting thin day by day despite eating properly. I am very scared. I don't eat spicy or junk food, also i exercise daily + i drink enough water too. Please help me.
