I have line a alba in both the cheeks. I am feeling uncomfortable while opening mouth. My mouth is opening approx 60mm..what to do..already doctors have cheked and told that as I have consumed tobacco for 5-7 years it will take time to revive but already 8 month passed ..

Your history suggests Oral Sub mucous fibrosis.it occur because of long duration tobacco chewing leads to restricted mouth opening. This is PRE Cancerous Condition may lead to Oral Cancer. As your opening is very low it requires Surgical removal of fibrous bands.
