White lines inside the cheeks both side
I'm a smokeless tobacco user for the last 10 years and alcohol is consumed once a week.. For last 1month white lines where the upper and lower jaw meets is noticed inside the cheek on the both side.
While enquiring came to know that it is called linea alba..
Please suggest me what to do..

If it is lines alba then nothing to worry , if you have a habit of biting your cheek often try to avoid that , you can consult nearby dentist and have a check up to identify if any local irritant is present so that they can remove the cause .
