Lightheaded dizziness
Hello doc, I felt sudden lightheaded, dizziness and sweating without any spinning sensation. I felt this symptoms so many times. I couldn't get what the problem is?? Even though my bp and sugar levels are normal. Last I had done b12 on 12-08-2021 comes to 236 pg/ml. I have no tongue sores except this dizzy weakness lightheaded and sweating sensation. What could be the problem ? Is it anything related to b12 deficiency? Electrolytes problem? Or anything else ?

Your b12 is within normal range. Can be because of anemia... dehydration.... middle ear disorders.... Drink ORS. Need to know about your condition in detail to come to a conclusion. Get a CBC done .
