Light fever 99.3 pain while swallow
My husband Is having pain while swallowing then I gave him lemon water and he had sputum Out next morning .he is having  light fever  from  yesterday night. 99.3He is having pain on one side if neck under jaw when pressing. He had heat boils inside lower lip. He is saying my head is turning. I gave him salt water. Due to corana I'm not able to take to hospital. Please Say what happened To. Him

First of all it must be some infection which leads to swelling and pain for which you should consult a general surgeon and keep that area clean, don't touch the paining area often.
