Don't need to worry, it might be a muscle strain. Along with muscle relaxants its best to have a cold fomentation with ice pack. Relieves a lot of pain.

I would advise you to have a smooth muscle relaxant it is likely to be a muscle spasm, Kindly drink a minimum of 3 liters of water and keep yourself well hydrated. Avoid spicy, oily, fried and junk food.
