Ligament tear
I had a knee ligament tear 5 years before. I went through the MRI scanning and found that there s a medial meniscus tear. During normal activities, I will not be having any pains or slippage. While playing cricket or when I  jump my knee gets twisted and will have more pain.. Do we have any natural remedy to get rid of this? Also what happens in the future if I won't undergo surgery?

The tear might progress and become a higher grade tear and sometimes might cause locking symptoms. There is no natural healing of tears in most cases. And need to see mri on the zone of tear and type for the feasibility of repiar
Next Steps
get a fresh mri and plan for arthroscopy if you are frequently symptomatic
Health Tips
avoid sports till the problem is resolved
