Sweelling and grade 3 signals apper in Acl at it femoral attachments and in mind segment -suggestive mucoid degeneration mild buckling of PCL is seen evidence of mild joint effusion 3 defined hyoerintensities are seen in visualized shaft of Tiba and femur-due to regional hyperemia/transient osteoporosis focal marrow enema is seen in anterior trivial spine no abnormal collection seen in bursa around knee joints this is my report sir what can I do in this situation can i go in surgery
