Ligament injuries
Sir I have left knee ligament injury on last December and after visiting doctor I have been under medication n physiotherapy exercises. Now no medicine continues. Doctor advised to do physiotherapy. But after 6 month now also I can't walk properly for long time. It pains sometime and can't sit in crossed legs. Please give some suggestion to recover from this. Thanks.

Quadriceps exercise Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube ornormal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold).

Hi, Basic exercises are enough to reduce the initial pain. But you have to do progress strengthing exercise to walk pain free and do other physical activities. Knee joint has many ligaments, each has its own healing and recovery pattern.
