Does intermittent fasting a good lifestyle to adapt..means I eat before 8pm n do not eat breakfast..will it affect me in the long run?I don't want any future problems like sugar or heart issues. Lunch I eat rice and dal Dinner I eat chapatis and vegetables and half apple I avoid outside food. I do workout 4 times a week I have pcos

It brings your body to a storage mode and indeed when your body comes into storage mode it will start storing water known as water retention. Which will infact make you look fluffy. Following a proper diet chart is always advisable for a long run weight management.
