Hi, redness in the cheek may be due to various reasons not only lichen plans or erythroplakia so no need to worry. Sometimes this may be associated with other skin lesions. This type of lesion or condition is better to be examined in the clinic directly and has to be correlated with thorough history.
Next Steps
Visit a dentist, Dr will check and take your history, creams or gels may help if it is not reduced by gels then you may require biopsy.
Health Tips
Don't delay to visit a dentist, early diagnosis and treatment is always better
Hello mam
The picture is not clear.Even if it a lichen planus you should just get it checked from dentist and start the medications as it is an autoimmune disease. There is nothing to worry. You can just get the proper treatment done to avoid any further complications.
Next Steps
visit the dentist and take proper prescribed medications.
Picture is not clear.
Better Visit a local oral medicine specialist for physical evaluation and treatment (as/if required).
