Lichen planus
Actually i hv red spots all over the body n they pain also n sometimes bleed too. Our local doctor said that it's Lichen planus as per my blood tests

Sorry but lichen planus is a disease of skin and it can't be diagnosed by blood reports. I think you should consult a good dermatologist. Because the disease is out of domain of local doctors
