Lft serum report
Heelo docs... I am 33 weeks pregnant... As i am having severe itching from last 8 days i did my LFT Serum... And the results r not good... ALP 161 (ref range below 120) Sgot 146 (ref range below 35) Sgpt 248 (ref range below 35) . What to do docs... I will get medicines today by consulting gynae... I am jus freaking out does it have any effect on my baby... Will my baby be fine???

You get your HBsAg, HCV, and HIV done (if not already done) . If they have been done and are negative then your child can't get these diseases. You take the medicine as advised by your Gynaecologist. You will get relief from itching. Your baby can't get your liver disease.

Good morning. Take medicine , udiliv 300 mg three times a day. Meet your gynaecologist. She will tell you in detail. Don't panic. Baby will be fine.
Next Steps
Do LFT in a week again with bile acid test. Delivery of baby will be in 38 wks of pregnancy.

U need a medicine to reduce the Liver enzymes U can connect fr a prescription Yes will hv an affect on the child if left untreated U should deliver at 37 weeks one day
