LFT report has increased SGPT, SGOT, GGT
Had a LFT test today and it shows increased levels of SGOT, SGPT and GGT. Please advise the causes and if these can be bring back to normal levels. I drink alcohol once a week but can avoid for long term.

Stop alcohol. Liver function DERRANGEMENTS are most commonly because of bad diet and lifestyle.

Abstain from alcohol.
Next Steps
Get HBsAg,Anti HCV and INR done now.Repeat SGOT,SGPT and GGT after 2 weeks of abstinence.
