I am 20 year old guy but my weight is only 55.. i want to gain weight what should i do ? I daily eat eggs and milk but there is no increase in weight

Hi, add more of dried fruits, healthy fats, poultry, eggs, green leafy vegetables, meat, soyabean etc.., to your diet.
Kindly consult Physician & undergo some investigations for any thyroid problems...
