Less weighted
I'm not able to gain weight I'm just 39 kg. I don't know y actually I feel it's genetic as I feel in my father's family people are very lean but in my mother's family people are fit or they r fat. Could anyone suggest me how to gain some weight as my hand are also very lean. Should I change my diet or something better.

Hello.......if there is any medical problem with you like thyroid disorder or worm infestation or GIT problem you don't gain weight.. If you are healthy and active ,you should gain... Have more of milk and milk products, fruita and vegetables.. If your non vegetarian have egg, meat... Do exercise like jogging, yoga, maintaining body fitness is very important.
