I weigh 59 but height 6.2 feet Age 21 What to do to gain weight? Less appetite! Please Give a diet plan.

follow 5-6 small and frequent means with plenty of liquids and fruit juices, include good amount of protein in your diet with sufficient calorie dense food with some jeera ajwain water to increase appetite as well. include multigrain cereals in your diet like use chana flour+ raagi flour +wheat flour instead of simple wheat roti. add green leafy vegetables at least 4 times in a week.

Gud evening  pls share in detail do u have any health issues like hyperthyroidism, kidney issues,liver issues etc. Pls do overall blood test for finding out the internal reason behind not gaining weight properly. Pls have ragi smoothie 2times a day by adding good brand whey protein supplement like pentasure dietary supplement.try to follow a healthy lifestyle as well.
