Lung cavities from TB require medical evaluation by a specialist, followed by a lengthy antibiotic treatment. Maintain good lung health and adhere to medication. Regular check-ups are essential to monitor progress. Ensure medication adherence to prevent drug-resistant TB. Close contacts may need screening. Recovery varies, but with proper care and treatment adherence, favorable outcomes are possible. Follow your healthcare provider's guidance.
