Lengthy Period after one year of deliver
I delivered on February 2024. I got my period after 1.5 month of delivery.Since then it is coming regularly after 26-28 days.but lasts for almost 13-14 days which includes 4-5days of bleeding and light spot for the remaining days.my baby is not on breast feeding and I have multiple subserosal intramural fibroids those were removed during c section and doctor have shown those fibroids also.Kindly suggest me the reason of this.Or should ai worry about or it will resolve automatically

You may still have some fibroid left as they tend to recurr. You need to get an ultrasound done. Also a hormonal evaluation to rule out other causes of excessive bleeding.

It could either be due to very small fibroids which grew after delivery or new fibroids. There could be other causes as well. Better to get evaluated. You can get a CBC, TSH and an ultrasound.
