Hi i have delivered my baby on 19th of Nov after that my gny has suggested me to take Folic Iron and calcium , but i have forgotten to take medicines can i start now , is it affect my baby's health Pls suggest

Its not going to affect baby’s health. Continue iron, calcium and multivitamin for another6 months

You require iron supplements only if your haemoglobin levels are low You definitely need calcium supplements till you breastfeed
